Take Time Out to Nourish Your Soul
Listen to the Sweet Songs of the Birds
Are you at the office right now and has Spirit sent you to my blog? If you have to be indoors and your soul is feeling cooped up and longing to be out in nature, I want to share something with you. Take a brief “time out” from your work day to come with me to a beautiful park to listen to the sweet callings of an array of birds. You can listen to the birds and what I share by clicking on the video below.
I hope you were able to take the time to share some lovely moments in the park with me, my husband and the birds that came to serenade us. Back in May of 2015, while running some errands, we decided spontaneously to take a walk in a local park. While sitting on a bench near a pond on an overcast day, we heard the magical music of many birds singing as a lovely, gentle breeze was blowing. It had been warm and sticky before we sat down and then the weather shifted to become pleasantly mild and breezy.

It was such a sweet scene that I wanted to share it with you. May the melodious sounds of the birds speak to your heart. Whether you are sitting at home or in an office, I hope you are able spend this brief time with us and these beautiful birds. I thought of you as I recorded this video. It is my gift to you. Perhaps this post will encourage you to make more time for fun or to be out in nature. Those precious moments away from chores, work and routine tasks will provide some much-needed nourishment for your soul.
Even just a short walk in the park or making sure you take time to get out of the office to breathe some fresh air is so important for your psyche and soul. Whenever I am in an office building where there are bright fluorescent lights and no windows, I feel deeply for those workers who have to be in that unnatural and confining environment for so many hours five days a week.

Sometimes it’s even more precious when you spontaneously gift your soul with a present when you had not even intended to. My husband and I love when our plans shift and we let Spirit and our intuition take over and lead the way. It makes life more of an adventure and also opens you up to many more possibilities, divine appointments and miracles.
In the hustle-bustle of life, for those of us sitting at desks, whether at home like me, or at an office, working hard for a company or for your own business, life may sometimes feel like a merry-go-round as one day of work and chores rolls into the next. That’s why it’s so important, even in the midst of all you have to accomplish, to take some “time-outs” for your soul.

However and whenever you can, I encourage you to find time to go within and give this special gift to your soul. It is so important to laugh and play to offset the stresses and challenges of life.

Some may lament they have neither the time nor the money to enjoy taking a “time out” from all their responsibilities. However, if you set this sacred time for your soul as a priority, you will find ways to go within, be out in nature, or take some “time out” to let your soul relax and rest.
I recall several years ago Oprah Winfrey sharing a story on her daily talk show. She said that a friend noticed the light had gone out of her eyes and that she was not looking well. She realized she had neglected to schedule any fun or relaxing time for herself to enjoy life more. Once she began making that a priority and scheduling time for fun and relaxation into her calendar, she began to feel much better.

Ariel, the Archangel of Nature, provides so much natural beauty for our hearts and souls.
Being out in nature is where I feel most at home. It always helps bring me closer to God and the angels. I am always so grateful for God’s artistry and all the blessings of the natural world.
Ariel is the archangel of Nature and provides so much natural beauty for our hearts and souls. With so many beautiful parks and natural settings all over the world, these precious gifts from God are free. We just need to take the time to stop and enjoy them. When we do, we can also receive some precious messages from Spirit to help guide us.
While in the park, I saw not only Robin Redbreasts, but also a Redwing Blackbird. They conveyed special messages for us. If you view this video, the birds may also have some special messages for you.
