What Are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records include the vibrational records of each individual throughout all time. Sometimes called the “Book of Life,” they are the record of each soul’s journey from lifetime to lifetime – every thought, feeling, action and deed that comprise an entire lifetime of actions, relationships, circumstances, events and more. It is all-encompassing from your first breath until your return back home to Source.
Metatron, the Angel of Thought, is the scribe of the Akashic Records, taking notes on all our thoughts, feelings, words, emotions and actions in each of our lifetimes. There are also other Masters, teachers and dimensional beings of light who keep track of this information for us.
We can call upon them and the “Lords of the Records” to answer questions about what has been happening to us in this lifetime and in past lifetimes as well. The Akashic Records can shed light on patterns we have created and experienced during many lifetimes.
It can also identify why we have certain fears or desires; why we may react in inexplicable ways; or why we feel blocked from our true potential in different areas of our lives. The Akashic Records can also illumine why we chose our families and the challenging events in our lives. It can reveal what lessons we needed to learn or should learn in the future.

Whatever questions you may have, the Akashic Records can reveal information so that you can better understand your life’s journey thus far and your Divine Plan going forward. The new-found clarity you can gain from the Akashic Records can also help heal old wounds and negative patterns and habits of thought.

How do I know what kind of questions to ask?
Questions can be about any challenges you are facing or any dreams and aspirations you have for the future. They can be questions about this lifetime or about any past life. Sometimes the question might be the issue that truly is most pressing for you, but you have been avoiding. Bring it into the session for guidance and clearing.
What can clients expect during an Akashic Records session?
I will say an opening prayer and play a beautiful meditation that calls in the angels. Then I will ask you what’s been going on in your life and what you would most like to share with me before opening your Records. After I hear what you want to share from your heart, I will say a special prayer that opens up your Akashic Records. Upon opening the records, you can begin asking your questions. I then go within, call on the Lords of the Records to help provide insights, and channel messages from them and the Akashic Records. The answers found in your Akashic Records always come from a place of deep love and compassion.
